1. Boiler Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to join our maintenance team. Candidates with limited experience will be considered if they have completed relevant training programs and possess a solid understanding of boiler systems, repair, and maintenance. The role’s main focus will be preventative maintenance, water treatment, and pipe repairs, so welding experience is highly valued. Applicants must be Gas Safe registered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain both high and low-pressure boilers
- Perform compression and safety tests
- Conduct water sampling and treatment
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks
- Repair pipes and replace worn parts as needed
Requirements:
- Completion of an apprenticeship or relevant training program
- Gas Safe registered
- Welding experience is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina

2. Steam Boiler Supervisor (Solvent Extraction)
- Location: Elele, Rivers
- Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Optimize plant capacity utilization, product yield, and output
- Prepare and submit production reports to line managers (annual, monthly, weekly, daily)
- Ensure adherence to process parameters and specifications
- Prevent hazards and accidents by maintaining machinery in optimal condition
- Uphold company hygiene standards
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solvent extraction plant
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the recruitment plan
- Facilitate recruitment and selection planning in alignment with the company’s transformation strategy
- Create job descriptions and competency profiles with line managers
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions
Talent Management:
- Design and implement a talent management framework
- Align talent management initiatives with company principles
- Conduct performance audits and ensure Performance Improvement Plans are in place
HR Strategic Business Partner:
- Drive new business developments within departments
- Implement Human Resources and Transformation Strategies
- Facilitate change management initiatives and talent management
HR & OD Projects:
- Ensure updated organizational charts and reports
